Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
Within the programs I give out nutritional advice. They are personalised and tailored to your nutritional requirements and line with your goals. The plans will include different grams of foods, for example proteins. This will help you to track your calories, whether you in a calorie deficit, maintenance or surplus. This will all be included in the price (£50pm). The advice will include for example 50g protein, 30g crabs and 20g fat.
Can I still make progress at home?
Yes! Absolutely! If your body is moving and your heart is pumping for at least 30 minutes a day no matter what your doing, you will see progress. If you are pushing yourself that little bit harder everyday, you will see progress.
How long will it be till I start seeing results?
With previous and current clients, I have seen amazing results in just after 6 weeks! They have then found the motivation and drive to continue to reach new challenging goals, which they have achieved. If you really put your mind and energy into doing something that will benefit you, you can accomplish anything.
